Paid treatment balance

• The full $149 monthly payment is added to the member’s paid treatment balance after each successful charge.
• Paid treatment balance rolls over and does not expire.
• Paid balance is applied to the active member price and is not an additional discount.
• Paid balance is nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be used for retail, gratuity, deposits, missed appointments, cancellation fees, or other excluded charges.
• After cancellation becomes effective, remaining paid balance stays available for eligible services at non-member pricing. Member discounts and benefits end when cancellation becomes effective.
• Promotional, loyalty, bonus, or complimentary credits are separate from purchased value and may have a clearly disclosed expiration date.

Seasonal pause option

This option is specifically designed to accommodate snowbirds and other seasonal residents who spend part of the year away from Arizona.

• An active member in good standing may request one seasonal pause of up to six consecutive months in each rolling 12-month period.
• The request must be received before the next scheduled billing date and must include an agreed restart date. A pause is not retroactive.
• During the pause, monthly charges stop, no new treatment balance is added, and preferred pricing and other active-member benefits are suspended.
• Existing paid balance remains available and does not expire. If a paused member elects to receive treatment before resuming, then-current non-member pricing applies.
• Membership automatically resumes on the agreed restart date unless canceled under these terms.

The Founding 26

Created for LUVION’s 2026 launch, the Founding 26 is reserved for the first 26 eligible members who complete enrollment.

Recurring billing and cancellation

• Radiance is a month-to-month membership billed automatically at $149 each month to the payment method on file until canceled.
• Enrollment begins only after the member affirmatively accepts the complete membership agreement and authorizes recurring monthly charges.
• A member may cancel through the same enrollment channel or by emailing hello@luvionwellnessandaesthetics.com. Cancellation stops future recurring charges after its effective date; it does not reverse a charge already processed.
• A failed or reversed payment may pause active-member benefits and prevent new treatment balance from being issued until the account is current.

Refunds and clinical eligibility

• Membership payments, paid treatment balances, completed services, and products used are nonrefundable except when a refund is required by applicable law.
• Membership does not guarantee treatment. Every service remains subject to clinical assessment, informed consent, availability, and the provider’s judgment.
• If a requested treatment is not clinically appropriate, LUVION will discuss reasonable eligible alternatives; clinical ineligibility for one service does not automatically create a refund.
• Member pricing and benefits may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated in writing.

Changes and governing terms

LUVION will provide clear notice of a material change to membership pricing, benefits, recurring billing, balance use, seasonal pauses, or cancellation terms before the change applies. The signed membership agreement in effect at enrollment controls. Nothing in these terms waives a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Prelaunch waitlist

Request a place on the Founding 26 waitlist before LUVION launches. Waitlist placement does not activate membership or guarantee clinical eligibility. Final enrollment will be completed securely through LUVION’s Aesthetic Record portal after all membership terms and launch requirements are available.

Membership is not insurance, financing, or a guarantee of medical treatment. Paid treatment balance does not expire. Promotional or loyalty credits may expire only as clearly disclosed and to the extent permitted by law. Arizona healthcare and consumer counsel should review the final enrollment agreement before launch.
