Email & SMS Terms

These terms apply when you choose to receive LUVION marketing emails or marketing and promotional text updates from LUVION Wellness & Aesthetics.
Consent and eligibility
By selecting an email or SMS option and submitting the form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the contact information belongs to you or you are authorized to use it, and that you agree to receive the selected communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment. Consent to marketing text messages is separate from consent for individual appointment confirmations, reminders, or other transactional communications.
Message content and frequency
Marketing messages may include grand-opening news, general booking availability, membership information, educational updates, service announcements, events, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
Text-message charges and support
Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@luvionwellnessandaesthetics.com.
How to opt out
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop marketing email. Reply STOP to a LUVION marketing text to stop marketing text. LUVION will honor other reasonable revocation requests as required by law. A one-time confirmation may be sent after an SMS opt-out.
Privacy
Mobile numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information may be processed by service providers that deliver communications for LUVION. See the Website Privacy Policy.
Not for medical care or emergencies
Marketing email and SMS are not secure clinical channels and are not monitored for urgent needs. Do not send health information, photographs, symptoms, or emergencies by reply. Use LUVION’s secure clinical record system when available. Call 911 for an emergency.
Changes and contact
